Proudly Serving Our Veterans, Their Families, and Our Communities
Welcome to the official website for Veterans of Foreign Wars Missouri District 2, where honor, service, and camaraderie unite us. Our district is home to a dedicated network of VFW Posts, each committed to upholding the values of patriotism, advocacy, and support for those who have served our nation.
Together, the Posts of District 2 stand as a united front—providing vital resources, fostering fellowship, and ensuring that no veteran is ever forgotten. Whether you're a veteran, a family member, or a community supporter, we invite you to explore, connect, and join us in our mission.
From post meetings to district-wide initiatives, every member plays a vital role in strengthening our shared purpose. We salute the commitment of each Post in District 2—and together, we continue to serve with pride.
Commander Charles (Chuck) Sanders
Comrades,
As we move into the final stretch of the fiscal year, I want to remind all Posts that District dues for the 2025–2026 year are now due. These dues must be submitted before the District Convention for your Post to remain eligible to cast votes. Please ensure your payment is sent to the District Quartermaster as soon as possible so your Post is fully represented.

Our next District Meeting will be held on April 11th at Post 2025 in Rolla, beginning at 10:00 AM. I encourage every Post to send strong representation. Your voice matters, and your participation keeps our District moving forward.
Now is the time to double down on retention and engagement. Every renewed member is a veteran who stays connected, supported, and part of our shared mission.
Reach out to your unpaid members.
Make personal contact.
Remind them why their membership matters — not just to the Post, but to the veterans we serve.
A simple phone call or visit can make the difference between a lapsed member and a lifelong comrade.
The VFW National Day of Service is approaching, and National is encouraging Posts to submit their project ideas sooner rather than later. Whether it’s a cleanup, a food drive, a flag retirement, or a community partnership, get your plans drafted and submitted. Early submissions help ensure visibility, support, and recognition for your Post’s efforts.
I continue to be impressed by the dedication, creativity, and grit shown across this District. From community outreach to legislative advocacy to the everyday work of supporting veterans, you are making a real impact. Let’s finish this year strong — together.
1. Dues Are Required for the Upcoming Year
The District is reminding Posts that their District dues for 2025–2026 are now due. These dues must be paid before the District Convention, because a Post cannot vote at the meeting unless its dues are paid.
2. How Dues Are Calculated
Each Post pays $1.00 per member.
The membership count is based on the "Complete Roster” number in OMS (Online Membership System) as of July 1, 2025.
So, the formula is: Number of Members Ă— $1.00 = Total Dues Owed
3. Where to Find Your Member Count
Your Post’s official membership total is listed in OMS under Post Member Report → "Complete Roster.”
4. Where to Send Payment
Posts must mail their dues to the District Quartermaster:
Marilynn S. Archuleta 3967 Blackberry Patch Rd. Stover, MO 65078
5. Why This Matters
The surrounding email makes clear that this is part of preparing for the District Convention, and dues must be paid before the meeting for your Post to be eligible to cast votes.
