Attention comrades—our District Meeting is coming up, and yes, it’s mandatory… but don’t worry, we promise fewer yawns and more laughs than your average boardroom gathering.

📅 When: Saturday, January 10th
📍 Where: VFW Post 1003 - Jefferson City, MO
📝 Agenda: Updates, planning, camaraderie, and maybe a few spirited debates (the kind that end with handshakes, not grudges).

This isn’t just another meeting—it’s where we sharpen our mission, swap stories, and remind each other why we do what we do. Plus, rumor has it the donuts will be fresh and the coffee strong enough to keep even the sleepiest delegate awake.

So bring your best ideas, your sharpest wit, and maybe a pen that actually works. Because at this District Meeting, the only thing we’re folding is the agenda—neatly, right after we’re done.

Phil enlisted in the Army in 1965 where you served for years in Vietnam.  He became a graphic designer and has worked for the state of Oregon for 26 years.  He retired in 2003 and started the Cartoon "In-Country".  The cartoons reflect his experiences during his tour of duty in South Vietnam.
